Cristiano Pozzi started his culinary journey at the beginning of the 90s in Italy and, from the 2000s, took on challenges around the world: London (The Criterion Brasserie, *), Milan (Antica Osteria del Ponte, **), Tokyo (Armani Restaurant, Roppongi Hills Club), Guam (Al Dente, Hyatt Regency), Kyoto (La Terrazza, Daiwa Resorts).

His cuisine, bound to his Northern-Italian, lake-side origins, is reassuringly solid yet deep and close to the heart.
