In 2013, Chef Daniele was appointed as the Chef de Cuisine of “K’shiki”, an Italian dining establishment located on the 38th floor of the hotel, and he contributed to overseeing the opening of “The Pizza Bar on 38th,”which is limited to eight seats and was recognized with a Bib Gourmand award in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for four consecutive years and received the highest rating of three slices in Gambero Rosso’s “World’s Top Italian Restaurant” 2021 edition. Since 2016, as the Executive Chef, he has led the team of chefs who create “The Art of Dining” at its food and beverage facilities, including Michelin-starred restaurants
